  • Subject to availability, early check-in and check-out will be considered.

  • Only guests with room bookings are allowed to stay for the night.

  • Any damage to the property will be charged to the customer.

  • Check in & Check out times may differ during scenario of a lockdown. Please reach out to our customer care team for more info regarding this. 

  • Music can be played at moderate level on deck and outdoors until 11PM, after that guests are free to play it inside their rooms.

  • For bookings made under 24 hours from check-in time, please contact our team at




  • Currently we take 50% advance payment of total booking price, to lock the date under customer’s name. We cannot reserve the date until and unless the advance payment has been done.

  • Advance payment is NON – REFUNDABLE

  • Any cancellation that needs to be done, should be informed at least 3 days in prior to your booked date, so that our team can offer a re-schedule option.

  • *Customers are advised to check with our team once again before making the booking, regarding the cancellation and refund policy to avoid any miscommunications later.

  • If you are looking for specific dates booking, then we suggest to reach out to us atleast 2-3 weeks in prior to reserve the date under your name, as we take bookings on advance basis.
